Política de reembolso

At DOGMA, each product is made to order through our production provider. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

Refunds and replacements apply in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong design or item).
  • The order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Send your request to zenluxe24@gmail.com  with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will evaluate your case and respond within 2–5 business days.

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by customs or the carrier beyond our control.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Undelivered / Returned to Sender Orders:

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
