DOGMA is not responsible for:

  • Production or shipping delays attributable to Printify or its logistics providers.
  • Damage caused by external carriers (USPS, DHL, etc.).
  • Service interruptions resulting from technical failures of Shopify or Printify.
  • Indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

DOGMA’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total value of the order in question.
