Shipping policy

1. Production Before Shipping
All DOGMA products are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters production with an estimated timeframe of 2–7 business days before it is shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin from the shipping date:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Dominican Republic and the Caribbean: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

⚠️ These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, customs conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, etc.).

4. International Shipping and Customs
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
DOGMA has no control over customs processes or their timeframes.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
We cannot modify the address once the order has entered production.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at zenluxe24@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
